Shipping

• Orders are boxed and shipped same morning as the Gobs are produced so that they arrive as fresh as possible.

• We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday via USPS Priority Mail, which means most orders should arrive within three business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order is shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder.

• Orders are not shipped same day as placed, but we do our best to fulfill and ship within 3 days of your order being placed.

• Based on the shipping formula we have to use, if you are in PA or surrounding states and order 3 dozen or more Gobs at a time, your actual shipping will most likely end up being a few dollars less than what the website quotes/charges. We refund your credit card for that difference when applicable.
  

Shelf Life & Storage

• We recommend freezing any Gobs that you cannot eat within the first three to five days of receiving.

• Gobs are freshest within the first seven days from date of production. We do ship same morning as the Gobs are made.

• Unlike commercial snack cakes, Gobs are not loaded with preservatives to maximize shelf life. They will last three to four weeks in the package at room temperature, but there will be a noticeable difference in freshness and taste, so freezing is recommended.

• Do not refrigerate Gobs, as that will dry them out and age them faster.
